Open Eyes Foundation accepts voluntary donations to support its awareness programs, community initiatives and charitable activities.

Refunds will be considered only in genuine cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect donation amount or an unauthorised transaction, subject to verification by the Foundation.

To request a refund, the donor must email openeyesfoundationhr@gmail.com with the following details:

Full Name
Contact Number
Transaction ID
Date of Donation
Amount Donated
Reason for Refund Request

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Any applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Open Eyes Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
