All donations made to Open Eyes Foundation are voluntary contributions towards social and charitable initiatives.

Once a donation is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled. Donations may be immediately allocated towards ongoing programs, awareness activities, community work or other charitable causes of the Foundation.

If a donor has made a duplicate payment, entered an incorrect amount or suspects an unauthorised transaction, they may submit a refund request as per the Refund Policy.

Open Eyes Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after being published on the website.
